dude your lessons are cool, slide guitar was really confusing me before i went on your site, and although i suck i am understand that bit more so cheers. it would be really great if you had some tabs of some blues riffs so people can see how to get some wailing out. but thanks loads cos i am on the right road now.

I went to your standered tuning page, and i am having trouble getting the tunes right. i can't get them as high as you can. Are the standered tuning for an acustic guitar? Other then that, Great site! Kepp up the good work!

Hi, I´ts very good thing, that someone do things like this. It`s very difficult to understand tunings, which R. C. use. Open G is the tuning from Blind Willie Johnson, I guess. I`d want to know, which are the tunings with happy sound. That tuning in Cooder`s Borderline LP for instance. Best regards! Jari Kainulainen from Finland

Hi ... I've been making my own instruments for awhile out of junk and used parts ... based on a dulcimer, tuned D-A-D. a buddy and I built our own version of a dobro (with a nasty action) but it sounds pretty good. I goofed around on it over a year and finally decided that I should look into learning some real technique and your beginning lesson was a breath of fresh air. I certainly hope you put more up, it was an inspiration!!! I went out and got myself a store-bought guitar ;)

keith played 'jumpin jack flash' in n.y.c. recently with a capo at the 4th. i assume it was open G tuning, but i can't get the opening phrases just right. the sound isn't exact. i'm wondering, does he us standard tuning with a capo at the 4th? opinions please. je

They have really helped me as a beginning slide guitarist. But the videos under "slide-guitar" don't work!!! It just freezes at the Shockwave loading screen. Can you get these fixed? Very cool web stuff here. Not only do I play guitar,but my mate Allison and I also have Harleys.We do allot of rideing here in Indiana and around the country. I noticed some bikes in your pictures. We are also Allman Brothers fans and saw them in concert last year in Nashville Tennessee. It was way to cool to describe. Every year Nashville has a Blues festival featureing several blues musicains. It is called "Riverfest" and the stage is set up on a floating stage right on the river. You would love it. I wish I could understand your language so I can find out what was going on in the pictuers. Looks like everyone was haveing fun .We Love the web sight and I finally learned how to tune my new 12 string that Allison bought me for Christmas.
